Paty Elizondo is an Associate Attorney in Monty & Ramirez LLP’s labor and employment practice area. Paty advises and advocates on behalf of employers on various issues including equal employment opportunity matters, ADA compliance, wage and hour laws, FMLA compliance, OSHA matters, workplace policies, and more.

 Paty grew up in Brownsville, Texas. After graduating with a Bachelors in Accounting from UT Austin’s McCombs School of Business, Paty interned with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She then worked in both audit and tax services at a prestigious accounting firm in South Texas. She attended South Texas College of Law Houston (STCL) where Paty was a Presidential Fellow and Treasurer of the American Civil Liberties Union. She worked in the Immigration Clinic and later participated in STCL’s Advocacy Program where she won a national moot court championship and was awarded Best Advocate.

Paty joined Monty & Ramirez LLP in 2023. She hopes to serve her community through counseling and advising employers of their legal rights and obligations to their employees.
