    • Description: Join experienced immigration attorneys for a timely webinar discussing the recent presidential proclamation impacting H-1B visas. On September 19, 2025, President Trump signed a proclamation invoking INA §212(f) and 215(a), imposing a $100,000 fee on employers sponsoring H-1B visa holders seeking entry into the United States. During this session, our attorneys will review:
    • Key provisions of the proclamation, including effective dates, fee requirements, and scope of restriction.
    • Exemptions and documentation obligations for employers.
    • Clarifications for H-1B holders both inside and outside the U.S., including travel and visa stamping considerations.
    • Implementation uncertainties and upcoming rulemaking, including guidance from USCIS, CBP, and the Department of State.
    • Recommended actions for employers and employees to navigate these changes effectively.

This webinar is essential for employers, HR professionals, and business leaders managing H-1B visa holders. Gain practical insights and expert guidance to prepare your workforce and minimize disruptions.
