Brittany Mortimer joined Monty & Ramirez LLP in 2014. Her practice focuses on employment and commercial litigation, as well as human resources consulting. Brittany defends employers in lawsuits ranging from wage and hour disputes to discrimination allegations. Brittany also defends employers before state and federal government agencies, including the Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Brittany has represented public and private employers, and her clients have ranged from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Brittany also has a thriving appellate practice, regularly representing clients in state and federal appeals.

Armed with her litigation experience, Brittany advises employers on best practices and compliance with employment laws. Her goal is to prevent and mitigate disputes, helping employers avoid the courtroom. Her consulting practice guides clients in handling day-to-day employment law questions.
