Mike Mann is an Associate Attorney in Monty & Ramirez LLP’s labor and employment practice area. Mike advises and advocates on behalf of public and private sector employers regarding ADA compliance, FLSA classification of employees and independent contractors, FMLA, equal employment opportunity matters, wage and hour laws, and government investigations. He also conducts internal investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, workplace misconduct, I-9 compliance and audits, and education institution grievances.

Mike grew up in Lincoln, New Hampshire and spent much of his early career in the New England area. Mike studied International Relations and Affairs at CIEE Global Institute in Berlin, Germany, and graduated with honors from Providence College in Rhode Island. He began his legal career as an immigration paralegal at Fragomen in Boston, Massachusetts, receiving a number of years of mentoring from accomplished Attorneys in a large corporate setting. He attended Northeastern University School of Law (NUSL), where he earned concentrations in Business and Commercial Law as well as International Business Law. He also assisted the New England Innocence Project (NEIP) with overturning a decades old wrongful conviction case. Mike clerked for multiple firms before returning to Fragomen as an Attorney, where he advised multinational corporate clients on a wide range of employment-based immigration matters.

Mike joined Monty & Ramirez LLP in 2023, looking to further develop his expertise in the Labor and Employment realm. In his spare time, Mike enjoys Skiing, Golfing, Fantasy Football, and traveling
