Erin Delano is an Associate Attorney in Monty & Ramirez LLP’s labor and employment practice area. Erin advises and advocates on behalf of employers on various issues including Family Medical Leave Act, immigration compliance, wage and hour laws, Texas Workforce Commission matters, and workplace policies.
Erin grew up in The Woodlands, Texas. After graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English, Erin worked for a large Texas law firm which specialized in complex transactional, litigation and regulatory matters. She attended South Texas College of Law Houston and graduated cum laude. While at South Texas College of Law, Erin was a Presidential Fellow and a member of the Women’s Law Society. She worked in the Domestic Violence Clinic and later continued her public service, gaining pre-trial experience on appointed criminal defense cases and family law matters for survivors of domestic violence.
In her free time, Erin loves to garden and is an active member of her faith community. Erin joined Monty & Ramirez LLP in 2021. She hopes to serve her community through advocacy and advising employers of their rights and obligations to their employees.
